In this original illustration titled "Notes in a Summer Symphony" by Sandy Hokanson, 3 small butterflies search for nectar in a patch of yellow prairie coneflowers against a brilliant blue sky. A quiet summer symphony to remind us of the joys of summer. This image is available as a note card, a signed 12" x 12" shrink-wrapped or framed print (black frame) or a 16" x 16" signed metal print.

Poem on the back of note cards reads:

they play across a field of flowers
like notes in a summer symphony
a day made for quiet dreams and simple pleasures
