About
the Gallery

James Krom Natural Images has two galleries in Rochester, Minnesota, specializing in works by national and Upper Midwest artists that focus on capturing the majesty of nature. Through paintings, sculptures and jewelry visitors are invited to explore the unique natural beauty of the region and the country. The 150+ artists we represent express their interpretations of both the landscape and wild animals that call it home. The results allow the viewer to feel better connected to nature and all its power.

Art's ability to transport us into the pure beauty of nature is something gallery owner, Jim Krom has always loved. The gallery is designed with intimate rooms and vignettes to allow art browsers to take a break from their busy lives and enjoy tranquil works of art created by masterful skill. Many of our artists are nationally recognized and award-winning.

Whether you are a collector of art or just want to browse, Jim invites you to get inspired and pause. Nature – whether among the forests, grain fields, lakes, parks or city – is worth appreciating.
