This CLEAR BLOWN GLASS ORNAMENT is a clear cut-glass/ blown glass ornament created by Seth Auger & Carl Miller. 2 artists worked together to create this bell. The blown glass bell is handcrafted by local Rochester, Minnesota glass artist Seth Auger, and the beautiful design was hand cut by local glass artist Carl Miller, from Byron, Minnesota.
